The Andorra Mountain Music is back

Armin van Buuren in Soldeu

The second edition of the Andorra Mountain Festival, being far way from Soldeu's platform this time, will start this weekend. Martin Garrix will be the first one to perform in the Comunal stadium, located in Andorra la Vella, and will be followed by Tiësto, Timmy Trumpet and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. Being worldwide renowned artists, it is expected that their performances will surpass the success of the first edition of the festival. Will they live up to expectations?

At only 25 years old, Martin Garrix is one of the DJs of reference in the international panorama. In fact, since 2016 he has been considered three times the best DJ in the world and has never been below the third place. On top of that, his collaborations with Dua Lipa, Bebe Rexha or Troye Sivan have just consecrated him as an artist.

On the other hand and with more than 30 years of experience, Tiësto is without a doubt one of the most influential DJs in the musical panorama of trance style and electronic music. The 53-year-old producer already has a place in the history of music and it is hard to believe that he can disappoint those attending his concert.

Timmy Trumpet is known at music festivals for using a trumpet to accompany his songs and excels in the house, bounce, hardstyle and psytrance genres. The Australian DJ began to gain prominence in 2011 and since then he has increased his popularity with songs such as 'Freaks' or 'Oracle' among many others.

Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike will close the winter edition of the Andorra Mountain Music. The hosts of Tomorrowland and kings of the EDM style are known for the performances they make during their sessions. Although initially not included among the artists who would perform, they will not leave any attendees indifferent. On this occasion, Andorra Turisme has invested one million euros so that the event, with a capacity for 5,000 people, will once again be unforgettable for those who decide to attend. Although it will start with a delay of two weeks due to the Omicron variant of the coronavirus, the event will have all the necessary measures to ensure the safety of attendees.
