Trinxat



If we talk about Andorran gastronomy, the trinxat is a dish that should be mentioned for its cultural value. Down below, we teach you how to do it at home:


Ingredients (for 4 people):

- 1 large cabbage

- 4 potatoes

- 4 slices of bacon

- 2 black pudding


Recipe:

1) Boil the cabbage for 20 minutes

2) Add the potatoes cut in dices and boil until they are tender.

3) Fry the slices of bacon and black pudding in a pan until crispy.

4) In a separate dish, mash and mix the potatoes and the cabbage with the oil from the pan.

5) Serve the mixture on a plate with the bacon and black pudding on top.
