Coca masegada



Andorra has perfect recipes to accompany all kinds of dishes. One of them is the coca masegada, an ideal dessert for any occasion and here we show you how to do it:


Ingredients:

- 3 eggs

- 400g of flour

- anise

- 300g of sugar

- 125ml of milk

- 50g of butter


Recipe:

1) Mix all the ingredients and let the dough rest for 1 hour.

2) Work the dough well until it has a homogeneous texture, similar the bread one.

3) Cut the dough into 4 pieces and give them a round shape.

4) Stretch the dough until it is about 3cm thick and sprinkle sugar on top.

5) Preheat the oven to 200º.

6) Mark the dough with lines so it doesn't inflate too much.

7) Bake at 180º for 20 minutes or until the dough is golden.
