Don Pernil is a restaurant with a long tradition and recently renovated by its new management, which has been in place for the last six months. This new direction has revalued aspects of the building, giving it a new atmosphere and resulting in a restaurant specialising in grilled meats with a warm and sophisticated ambience.
Don Pernil is located in Santa Coloma, in the parish of Andorra la Vella, and has two indoor dining rooms which, together with its covered terrace, have a total capacity for approximately 100 diners.
This makes it a perfect option for different types of private celebrations such as weddings, communions or anniversaries, thanks to facilities such as parking and a totally intimate setting in its secondary dining room.
Its gastronomic offer is based on traditional mountain cuisine, with a young and more modern spirit provided by the team led by Chef Andrés Dos Santos. In this way they offer us an alternative that changes in winter and summer with dishes that highlight the best of each season.
On the menu we can enjoy a selection of grilled meats ranging from lamb chops, old beef fillet with foie gras cream, grilled cod or a delicious salmon loin with leeks and potato emulsion.
Rice dishes also have their place at Don Pernil, with alternatives for all tastes, such as octopus rice or the emblematic Iberian secret and asparagus rice.
All this is complemented by a wide selection of starters and homemade desserts that will make each visit a complete experience full of flavour. In addition, they offer a weekly menu available every lunchtime from Monday to Friday.
It is worth mentioning that they have vegetarian options and the possibility of adapting dishes to customers with intolerances.
They also have an interesting selection of wines to accompany the complete meat menu, as well as the option of having an aperitif or a drink after a tasty lunch or dinner.
