Sant Miquel d'Engolasters Church



The Sant Miquel d'Engolasters church is one of the most well-known in the Principality. It is located in Encamp and dates back to the 12th century. The infrastructure represents the summit of Romanesque art in the country and has a bell tower that goes 17 meters high and stands out among all the vegetation and the rest of the temple.



The church also has a large courtyard that each year hosts the celebration of Sant Miquel d'Engolasters' Day. During this festivity muscatel and blessed cake are distributed to all attendees and different popular activities are held, such as the dance of sardanas and the offering of flowers.
